Every client is unique and my approach is to meet design objectives on a case by case basis. Some clients are
purchasing design work for the first time with a specific purpose in mind, others are frequent customers whose needs
are ever changing.
During our initial meetings we discuss design in terms of the client's objectives and possible solutions including usage,
marketing and promotion. Over the course of several meetings thumbnail designs and packaging or marketing
prototypes are created, refined and then finalized. When speaking with clients, I work to be familiar with their time
schedule and budget, how the artwork will be used and printed, and a variety of other factors.

and design "tweaking" to get the look Just Right. The result is a marketing campaign of fun
images on colorful packaging that has resulted in increased sales and a national distribution.
Each item in The Scented Room inventory carries labels featuring my hand-drawn illustrations,
original logo, unique typography and layout. I also assisted in packaging selection for many of
the products seen here. These bath products are wonderful, as is the owner - Sondra Hawkins.
